Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

SEOKit24 ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit https://seokit24.com (the "Site"), what we do with it, and what we deliberately don't collect.

1. What we collect

  • Analytics: Anonymous page views via Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymised).
  • Contact form: name, email, message — only when you submit it.
  • Newsletter form: the email address you submit.
  • Server logs: IP address, user agent, request URL — kept for 30 days.

2. What your tools never send us

Our SEO tools (Meta Tag Analyzer, SERP Preview, Keyword Density Checker, Schema Generator, Sitemap Validator) parse everything you paste entirely in your browser — we never see, transmit, or store pasted HTML or text, and refreshing the tab clears it.

When you ask a tool to fetch a live URL, the request goes from your browser directly to the target site — not through us. Some sites block direct browser requests (CORS); for those, our tools offer an opt-in first-party relay (a checkbox, on this domain only). If — and only if — you tick it, the URL itself transits our /api/fetch proxy and therefore appears in the standard server access logs described above. We never see the page contents that way, never see it through any third-party service, and never retain the fetched HTML on the server.

3. How we use what we collect

Analytics: to know which guides and tools are useful. Logs: to debug and block abuse. Contact form: to reply to you.

4. Cookies & storage

Google Analytics 4 sets first-party measurement cookies (_ga, _gid) to count page views; your theme preference lives in localStorage. When you consent to analytics, advertising partners including Google may place their own third-party cookies to personalise and measure ads — Google processes any data collected under their privacy policy. No other third-party tracking pixels beyond GA4.

5. Your rights

Email hello@seokit24.com to access, correct, or delete anything we've collected.

6. Changes

We will update this policy if our practices change. The "Last updated" date will reflect when.

FAQ

Privacy, in plain English

The legal copy above is the contract; the answers below are what readers actually ask before deciding whether to use the tools.

No. Every parser runs in your browser — pasted HTML and text are processed locally and never transmitted to us, even temporarily. Refreshing the tab clears the in-memory copy.
The request goes directly from your browser to the target site. Some sites block direct browser requests (CORS); for those the tool offers an opt-in first-party relay on this domain. Only when you tick that box does the URL transit our server — and even then it appears only in standard access logs, never stored or used.
No. GA4 sets first-party measurement cookies (_ga, _gid). Your theme preference lives in localStorage. When you consent to analytics, advertising partners including Google may set their own cookies to personalise and measure ads — those are governed by each partner's own privacy policy, not ours. There are no other third-party tracking pixels beyond GA4.
Yes. Email the address in section 5 of the policy above and we will action the request within 30 days. Most data (contact-form submissions, server logs) is deleted automatically before then.
No selling, sharing, or renting of user data — there is essentially no user data to share because the tools run client-side. GA4 is the only outbound analytics integration, and Google processes that as a data processor under their standard DPA.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page is bumped on every change. Material changes also get a note on the blog so subscribers and RSS readers see it.
