How to read the numbers
Keyword density is the percent of total n-grams a phrase occupies. It is a weak signal — but it is excellent for spotting stuffing (over 4% on single-grams) andmissing terms (a primary phrase that appears zero times).
- Single, bi-, and tri-gram frequency
- Stopword removal & n-gram length filters
- Stuffing & thin-content flags
- Paste text or analyze a fetched page
- Download the full density report as a PDF
What density is not
Density does not rank content. Google uses semantic understanding, entity recognition, and dozens of other signals. Use density as a guardrail — never as a goal.
